We help you feel more comfortable, confident, and persuasive while using business vernacular, expressions, and acumen during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
We focus on gaining effective communication skills. In the end, you will have everything you need to truly be heard by clearly articulating your products and services as well as the associated value proposition.

A major key to Speak English NYC (SENYC) is the thoughtful focus on increasing Student Talk Time (STT) and minimizing Teacher Talk Time (TTT). By reducing TTT as much as possible, we truly allow you to use, play and create the language - the main goal of most English Language Learners!
The relationship between TTT and STT can be complex and varies between schools, teachers, and students. The SENYC curriculum is designed to maximize STT and ensures that students have the opportunity to use the target language in real-time conversation; giving students a chance to notice their mistakes; and for the class to be student-centered.
Moreover, with a heavy focus on STT, the teacher’s main role is to 1) model effective language, 2) be a corrective mirror for errors and mistakes, and 3) inspire the student to speak openly and freely.
You will not be nervous when you speak English. If you’re using SENYC to improve your English at work, you’ll feel more natural when speaking in front of clients, coworkers, and senior execs. Some of our students have said that they have had their first DREAM IN ENGLISH others had said that they now UNDERSTAND ENGLISH MUSIC without subtitles. The most important benefit is that you’ll start to feel as good speaking English as you do your native language.
These materials include grammar tips, reading material, and vocabulary-building activities.
